They were here when i got back from work. Problem is my dad always wants to chat to me but my voice always hurts so I lost it again last night. bless them they are working away - am not quite sure what they are doing something in the garage!

It is quite bright outside. I have plenty of work to do. hope you are all well.

Ted well done on walking so much I think i do about 5 miles a week to and from work and that is it!

You have lovely parents SW. Rest your voice - lemon juice and honey.

5 miles a week is still good SW.

so they come to visit and then you sit ironing by the computer so you dont have to listen to them!
do your mum and dad work in a garage - like a motor repair garage? or petrol station? or were you meaning just doing some work in a house garage?

it sounds exactly what im like when my Dad comes to visit! (apart from the ironing that is!). More than half an hour of listening to his eccentric babble and my brain starts to turn mushy! and then its any excuse to leave the room!!!

im off out in a minute or two, am walking to subway and back for my tea, (my favourite takeaway)and another 7.5 miles on the clock, will be back later if youre still online

Just had an inspiring message from Porge. We must all stay positive we have the best friends.:)

Look how dark it is outside. I have spent most of the day in bed. I haven't taken my antidepressants for ages. I must start again. Hey ho, still it is nearly summer and we can all meet.
