Sorry about the pound petal well done Alan. I looked today i have definitely put on weight. I must be good. I wobble. What is a core muscle? that is what George is exercising. I told him my core muscles were my larynx, typing fingers and my oesophagus and i exercise those! I will get healthy again. I promise.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

By the way Beanie, I did ask my consultant about that financial help with fees - she said you need to ask your consultant about it and she should give you a form to complete (not sure if your doctor would need to fill some of it in) and this is submitted to see if you qualify for free classes - think it would be covered under NHS/Primary Care Trust/Government or something like that - definitely worth asking about though

Your core muscles are round your middle or rather inside your middle - your abs mainly, what keep you balanced and your posture right - if your core muscles are good and strong, your posture will be good and it will prevent back ache etc. Pilates works on strengthening your core musclesMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Hiya Frit - fine thanks, and you?
Welcome over here Vixarooni :j :j :j :j
Not good news at my slimming class tonightI gained a pound
I'd been pretty good all week but yesterday, at the car boot, I went and bought a box of 7 packs of Hers*y's chocolate snacks and a chocolate santa & reindeer - we had 2 Hers*y snacks each and I gave the other 3 away to other stall-holders, then we ate the chocolate figures between us, me having the lions share
Ah well, this is another week now and I will be good, I will
Mr 3Dogs, despite the chocolate, and the bottle of beer he had last night, lost 1 1/2 pounds - well done him
I am good thanks, sorry to hear about the slimming. I had a good birthday weekend.

Fingers crossed beanie. I have some bad news. I opened my paper shredder 10 mins ago. I put some paper through it and it was a bit jammed then it stopped working and now it doesn't come on. Should i get all the paper out two tiny bits are left? It is only 10 mins old?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220
