    Hello, been lurking here.

Off to watch mentalist. Saturday tomorrow for DD.

I have a dilemma, I am following Beyond Chocolate and PMK and they both say that when hungry eat what you relly want. I am really hungry and can't for the life of me come up with anything that I want. Off to go hot choccie and then do an assessment through the cupboards...

Have a good evening everyone :j

Enjoy the Mentalist. I hope you find something appetising and fun too. In an emergency there is always cereal. or fruit and then something naughty? Have a good night and rest tomorrow. No lists. You must chillout.

I have bread and jam when I feel like that Marru - takes me back to childhood (and i know the bread isn't good for you but I reckon its better than 2bars of chocolate when I'm hungry!).

How close do you live to each other Steve & Kit? Must be fairly close I guess?

It's great isn't it? So liberating. I cannot believe how elated i feel when i realise i am being MSE rather than the old me that worked hard for my money and blew it without any thought.

Steve it is really kind of you to have bought the shredder. I am rather excited. I like gadgets that look easy to use. I can cope with one or two buttons. Yay.

Tixy i am going on the train and then i get picked up by Steve and Andy in the wheelbarrow. They were planning a roast i hope you are saving your energy as i shall be happy with toast. Your poor dad will have to take his hearing aid out as i have nearly recovered my voice and i shall waffle on. I get so excited when i see you guys. And you are both getting squished too.
