Sorry i was posting on another thread. I've been to leeds uni, haworth, manchester's granada studios and that's about it apart from a tour of scotland a few year's ago. We will meet hopefully.

I am heading that way anyway i think i am sure i will find it by train on the way. Have you read Travels with Charley by John Steinbeck? That's what i am doing but without a vehicle and his dog. One day i will be wise with all the stories and experiences of all the people i have met.

My sister rang me this morning - Mam is still rattling badly on her upper chest so the nurse said that they had to start the next course of antibiotics today, despite the diarrhoea, as her chest is the priority at the moment, but that she would discuss Mam with the doctor on her rounds this afternoon. My sister fed Mam her breakfast porridge and she managed to eat most of it. My brother is going down at lunch time and my sister will be back down by 4.15 pm after work, in time for her dinner

Just woke up. I must vacuum, cook and get dressed. oooh dear. Steve and Andy and i are meeting on Sunday so i can unpack on Saturday. Found mobile then lost it again. oh dear. It is beautiful outside but vvv cold i have been told. Am v tired. Yuk.

Your poor mam. I am so sorry Susan. I hope Alan is well.

Right hey ho am going to vaccum. Friend popping by at 5 must sort the place out a bit.

It has been really cold here today with the cutting wind :mad: :mad: but at least it has been dry

My sister texted at 4.15 pm to say Mam was fast asleep when she got here, so she was letting her sleep until they brought her dinner - don't know if it was just because she was sleeping so soundly, but the gurgling on her chest was less, she said I am waiting for her to get back to me

No i am serious. this is doing my nut in. I keep bloody crying. Shall i get my bits chopped off (can you do that for a lady?, will it help?). I am serious. I am fine today but i am not going through this carp again.
