Still on 4 NSDs but I have a cunning plan to catch another two. It involves going to work for the next two days and not taking any money with me. Sneaky, huh?

  • No 5 today!

Feel really cheeky doing this as I've actually spent £60 getting my hair cut & coloured (first time since beg last March) - used Christmas money though so not counting that!

  • No NSD for me yesterday or today :( Should have been NSD today but forgot my Boots card and needed an item from there which I was planning to use my points for  Yesterday was my big shop of the month and was a planned spend day. Anyway, you live and learn, next time I will check properly before I go out! Was still only a small-ish spend and a couple of xmas presents got in the sale as well ;) I also got free tea and a morning at the garden centre with my sister (I resisted ALL the beautiful 75% off xmas stuff!) so had a great day, anyway!

Tomorrow will def be an NSD as I am not going out except school run (never take my bag for this! Have learnt as the shop is next to school and they ALWAYS want to go in after school!) and walking the dog :D

Hoping you are all having lots of NSD's, see you tomorrow xxx

Am very proud of myself as NSD both yesterday and today (what I spent was in my pre-allocated pot and that was only playgroup fees) so am up to 6 NSDs Gonna try real hard and make tomorrow one too but already I can hear my DS starting to mention football cards (might just say the shop has sold out ;))

Re the recipe BDINI - not sure if it would work with chicken thighs TBH due to the short cooking time. Thighs usually need longer to cook. I guess you could marinade then put the thighs and marinade in a covered dish and cook in the oven.

Good job i have you to set me right Jinty, i never thought about the cooking time, roast thighs it is then & some breasts for the recipe.

Well done Catslovelycats & Donna dynamo!! :T

Well just couldn't resist checking chinese new year & this year it's the rabbit.... not quite as wrong as rats but Nargle you might need to have a word with Igor or we'll end up feasting on roast pet bunnies

Oh yes & number7 for me today :j
