Fake item received

I bought a new memory card 32 micro sd from ebay it came from Hong Kong, unfortunately it did not arrive until after 45 days so I could put a dispute in with Paypal.

Unfortunately, it is a fake it is not working. Ebay cannot refund me the money as it is over 45 days. It was paid via my credit card company but unless the item is over £100 they do not want anything to do with it and I do not know where to turn, please can you advise me please.

You really should have filed a dispute within the 45 days.

Have you tried contacting the seller and reporting the faulty item? Why assume it is fake? It could be genuinely faulty.
