Lost baggage/Cancelled flight - Compensation help

Like many others my family and I were caught up in the snow chaos this winter. Flying to London from Stockholm with SAS our flight was cancelled.
We then stayed in a hotel and ate dinner out. We took a taxi and also ate lunch the next day at the airport. These 4 receipts will form our compensation claim to the airline.
What do you think the chances of success are?
The total cost was about £220 for 2 adults and 1 infant.
The main problem though is that upon arrival at Heathrow, our bags arrived but not the wheels to the pram!
We lugged the top half and car seat along with our 2 bags to where we were staying. This was inconvenient, but I'm not planning on making a claim on this.
The crux is that 10 days later the pram has still not arrived!
The airline and baggage service company claimed it had been delivered - nonsense.
What compensation are we eligible for? We would like flight vouchers or to be flown back to Stockholm as soon as possible, but I guess this is unrealistic...
The replacement pram we have now purchased is covered by our home insurance, so i assume we cannot claim for that from the airline as well.
Thanks for your help.
