Powerpoint 2003 advice

My work uses PowerPoint 2003 :( and I have been asked to put together a presentation.
I need to use the pyramid diagram to show our department structure but my boss also wants me to do another version with said pyramid upside down (inverted). There doesn’t seem to be anyway to turn this pyramid the other way like you can do in PowerPoint 2007.I can't just use a shape as need to have the sections of it in different colours. Can anyone help, is this possible?..

  • I also use 2003, and what you're able to do is spin shapes.

So if your pyramid is whole, or in segments, click on the shape, and you should see a little green circle connected to the shapes 'outline'.
Click on it, and you can spin the shape to whatever position you need to.
You'll then need to move individual layers and text as needed.

I've no experience of Powerpoint 2007, just 2003.

The only reason I keep smiling is so that people wonder what I've been up to !!
