Recommendations for Netbook

My daughter's Christmas present is going back (electric violin, can't be tuned as it is rubbish).

So .. she wants a netbook. Any suggestions? I am looking at the lower end of the price scale as she is only 10.

Very happy with my Asus EEE 901. I think there are some dual-core Atom CPUs in netbooks now, so I'd go for one of those if I could.

I keep hearing good things about one of the Samsung netbooks... (can't quite recall the model number - is it the N150 or N160 or something similar..?)

I bought a NC10 Plus from CostCo in the end and it seems good apart from it comes with Windows 7 Starter.

What's wrong with Win 7 starter? Apparently the only extra you get with Win 7 full home version is fancy graphical interface effects.
