I am thinking of doing an apprenticeship with the council in which i could earn up to £95 a week
could i keep my esa as im in the work related activity group and my support worker is really great and totally understands why i feel i need to attempt to do some work. Im 26 and have been housebound for 2-3 years and am now fed up. I just want to be normal

I doubt you can however you would probably be eligible for return to work payments. There is a one off payment plus RTWC if its still on the go.0

The simple answer is no, although you could claim ESA if you did your training as a college student.0
