Best Bank Accounts for children

Please can someone recommend decent bank account for children. I want to set one up for my son and daughter, nothing too extravagent, just something I can pay £5 a month into (at the moment) and maybe pocket money.

I already pay £10 a month each into their CTF accounts.

not sure if its the best but I had my childrens money in a Halifax Save4It account 5.05% AER
