Currys buy now pay later?

I got a washing machine on buy now pay later from Currys. The 9 months interest free will be up either jan or feb. I haven't recieved a statement at all or a bill from them at all. Is this normal?
The guy who sold it to me had to come round with the paper work as I needed to sign it again so i'm wondering if they've misplaced the paperwork?
Basically, when I did tis for my laptop from Commet, they sent me a statement every months from the start. Are Currys meant to do this too?
Thanks
J

Normally a statement is only sent once per anum, so this would be in about April.
I would check the paperwork though, one suggests that you kept your copies?
Also look in the banking part of the parish0 -
Dig out the paperwork (don't tell me you've lost it). My statements regarding my BNPL deal for a TV are sent once a year only.
Basically unless you are prepared to pay a ton of interest, you need to find out the date ASAP.
Many people make the mistake of thinking the payment is due when the finance was agreed or the product was delivered. It is normally when it is applied for and they normally want payment to reach them before or on the date, rather than payment on the day and not reaching them until a few days later.
Some may not allow certain payments such as with credit card.
So basically you need to get the date payment is due by ASAP and pay it so it reaches them in time or get charged interest.0 -
It's done with HFC Bank, you can get repayment info over the phone: 0870 010 0453 (sorry, don't have a cheap number)Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
