How to contact Debenhams

I placed an order online with Debenhams - perfume- on 18 Dec hoping for Christmas delivery. However this has not arrived.
Whilst I understand that the weather has affected deliveries, I would have expected this by now.
I have tried to ring their customer helpline as there was no tracking info with my order email but have not been able to get through despite holding on for 40 minutes. (the message says that they are short staffed and maybe try tomorrow!)
The link on the dispatch email that they sent does not work and I can't find any email contact details on the website only the phone number.
Obviously this is not "life or death" and the recipient of the gift is now treating it as a big joke ie I didn't buy it in the first place!
I am aware of the difficulties that the weather has posed but Debenhams should be available to communicate with their customers. I'm am very disappointed in their customer service in that I can't contact Debenhams about the delivery. I know it's a busy time of year but they could at least provide a working email address.
Well I feel better after saying all that!

I had the same problem with my perfume order. The rest of my stuff came as usual with Debenhams (via Hermes) within three days and had tracking references. The perfume just said dispatched with no reference which was a bit worrying. After waiting another couple of days I rang the helpline(this was on the 23rd December) and got through after about five minutes. The man I spoke to said that perfume orders come from a different warehouse and are delivered by a different courier but he could see on his screen that my parcel was out for delivery with the courier and it did actually arrive later that day. I rang at about 8.15 in the morning so that may be why I managed to get through easier. The parcel was delivered by City Link. The number I rang was 0844 800 8877 if thats any help0

I managed to speak to Debenhams and they have apparently put in a tracking request for this and say I should hear from them within 72 hrs.
By the way the number I used was 01823 364 711 (found on "saynoto" website) for online order queries if this is of help to anyone else. I got through on this number today within 30 seconds!
So hopefully this will be sorted soon.0
