Well I was going to go out an canvass two new roads but DD has come in from school with a migraine like headache so I've dosed her up and I'll take my time preparing the books to go out instead of rushing them. I need to rejig my flyers anyway. I was planning on collecting them on Monday so one night or so won't make much difference ;)

Hello... Can someone please tell me how to return a product please?

    Thanks so much x
Which bit do you need help with?

You should do the return on line, then print the return form - comes in two parts, one part goes in with the product packed up and handed to the driver to be sent back, the other you get the driver to sign and you keep.

So do I give it to the driver when he delivers my next order?? or do I arrange a return and then they send a driver?? Sorry my team leader is rubbish and has left me in the lurch!!

Aaaaarrrrgggghhhh....I've been thinking about signing up for some territory for a while but have been totally undecided. Last night I mailed my ASM just to ask if the roads around me have a rep as I might be interested.
She's replied to say they're mine if I want them, so she's allocated them so no-one else gets them. Now I have no idea where to start!!!

There's 123 properties, but I don't know how many brochures I should order, what I should put on the flyers etc etc.

So far I've only been doing family and friends, so it's been very laid back :o

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated :)

PS - I don't seem to have the "View Subtotal" option on my account anymore, and my next order is due in 6 days :(

How strange people are having problems with "view subtotal" as mine was there earlier today!

"view subtotal" isn't on mine either. My next order isn't due in until next Thursday though so maybe it will appear later in the week? 297.gif

I've heard from another sl who managed to get some sense out of Avon, that there a fault in the website and they're working to get it sorted which is why someone people can view subtotal and others can't.

Had a missed call on my avon phone yesterday, but as I have it on silent while at work, they don't like it, I didn't notice until this morning. Rang the number, turned out someone looking to sign up, she found my number from somewhere and I seemed to be the most local one to her. shrugs? not sure where she found it, but think I had better sort out my twitter and fb account to not say I am an SL anymore!

She said she had contacted someone and they were coming to see her, so I said that's good, pleased to hear it, otherwise would have passed details to my ASM.
