Options
Hi,

I want to put my account into formal dispute with a property manager - the world famous Solitaire 'Property Management' company, and was wondering if anyone has any letters or templates I could use.

OP - other posters may make suggestions rather than give "advice"
    see Forum Rules.
    forum_faqs_small_bubble.gif I want to give advice, why can't I?

If you're discussing a topic you have a professional knowledge of you can make that clear but please don't give "advice".

Presumably you have bought a leasehold property which comes under Solitaire's "management"

You may already be aware of these sites below, but just in case you aren't:

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?152501
    http://www.allagents.co.uk/solitaire-property-management-ltd/

There is an extensive thread on this Board about Solitaire/Peverel - use the Forum Search on the green bar above.

Also take a look at www.lease-advice.org, specifically their publications page
