Has anybody had any luck with this? I sent off my form a couple of weeks or so ago, but have not had any response from NS&I.
I'm still waiting too. I sent the form on 4/1/11 because I have more than one customer number. I did phone them and they said there was a backlog because the response had been overwhelming.0 -
My NS&I number came today. Logged on to find that what looked like a O on the password was actually a 0. Almost got locked out.
Choosing a password was horrendous. Length max 10 characters (!) and must have one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one symbol.
Can't say the interface is particularly good, but better than nothing.
Not it is telling me that I can't switch to paperless without an email address, even though they already have the correct one, which it won't let me change :mad:0 -

They might have had extra work writing to people like me who does not buy new bonds but who reinvests any winnings straigt away. Doing this means that they go into the next draw.
I received a three page list today of he bonds I have won. It gives the numbers of the bonds won this month and the new total. I have won one every month since early last year but they are always for £25.0 -
I spoke to them a couple of weeks ago, I already had an online account, but my bonds were not appearing.
The chap removed the county from the ISA account address, so that the addresses on the two accounts would match and their system would sync the accounts together, but it has not worked. I was told to leave it a few days for their system to update, but no luck. Seems like I need to fill the form in after all._____________________________________________Mortgage 1 £80k paid off july 2014Mortgage 2 £213k paid off May 20210 -

Anyone had any luck viewing bonds online (especially those who already have an online logon for their DirectISA) ?
After calling twice with no results I decided to fill the form in and send off, this was over two weeks ago, still no sign of the bonds showing online._____________________________________________Mortgage 1 £80k paid off july 2014Mortgage 2 £213k paid off May 20210
