Praise - Mothercare

Pleasantly surprised by the fantastic customer service at Mothercare today. While out shopping the front wheel of my mothercare buggy which I have had since November went really wonky. It would keep sticking making the buggy really hard to manoeuvre or vere off to the right. As there was a Mothercare in the shopping centre we were in decided to go in to see if there was anything they could do/recommend to rectify the problem.

The very helpful sales assistant had a quick look and agreed that it was faulty, went up to the stockroom and returned with a new set of wheels (the buggy is a 3 in 1 travel system). I didn't have my receipt with my but they were able to find the transaction on their system and one lady dealt with that while another put the wheels together for me. :T
