Word of warning I contacted Santander nearly 3 weeks ago after my I Phone and wallet were stolen, they told me the matter would be handled by IVAL, whenever I try to ring them the call gets answwered then gets cut off!!!! Has anyone else encounteredd the same problems with this so called company

I have found Ival very good. I got through to them no problem, they came and collected my damaged laptop when they said they would, and called me within a week offering me a replacement or a store card with the amount on it if I didn't find the laptop they were offering satisfactory. I took a day to think about it, then rang back asking for the store card which they sent out 1st class straight away.

I've found Ival to be useless liars. Been waiting since 18.12.10 for a new oven to be fitted; useless; useless company staffed by the scum of the earth in my opinion
