Not a wind up GMS. What other info would you need? I can give you as much info as you like, any help would be much appreciated. I am ready for the commitment, I've paid my £600.00 a month rent on time for 3 years running.0

Too much info required to post on here, and I would not be prepared to deal with it in a public forum as I am sure you would not want to do.

When you go to a mortgage broker, do they do a credit search on you, to see what your credit history is like, and then can other lenders see that a broker has done a credit search on you?0

Because YOU tell them! The only person you'd be hurting by not doing that is yourself and your chances of getting a mortgage.0 -

Of course I'll tell them what I know, it just seems daft because unless you check your credit report, not everyone would remember whether or not they missed credit card payments four or five years ago.
I thought a good broker would of looked at your credit report to determine which companies are most likely to approve you?0
