The make, model, colour, mileage, condition, service history and extras might help as well.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Also, there is no such thing as an accurate trade price.
Both CAP and Glasses are guides.
Getting a CAP price may do you no good whatsoever as every dealer will value your car differently.0 -
Just have a look on Autotrader and see what people are asking, or try eBay, you can see how much things went for if you choose the finished auctions option.:A0

A hint on Ebay....click the Completed Listings checkbox on the left. It'll show you what they've sold for.0

It doesn't matter what the price of comparable models sold for on ebay/autotrader, if he is trading the car in he isn't going to get close to that.
Having just recently bought a new car I was hoping to trade in my Ford Focus 1.6 Flight. Glasses stated to expect an offer of around £1900. I was offered £1300 from Evans Halshaw, £1400 from Arnold Clark and £1350 from Motorpoint. All dealers stated their offer is based on CAP.
Needless to say I sold my car privately and got £1950 for it.0 -
