Just a bit of advice needed.
Had a buyer purchase from me on sunday and has since been NARU'd. Her previous history and feedback doesn't look dodgy and she paid with PAYPAL, straight away
1, can PAYPAL take the money off me ?
2, should i post the item?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Have you tried emailling her?My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Yes. Will give it another go though.
Figure if she's genuine and really wants the item (plus shes paid over £40) she'lll be in touch to find out where it is."A bargain is something you can't use at a price you can't resist." Franklin Jones0 -
Strictly speaking you don't have to honour the sale if she's naru... but she might only be temporarily suspended.
I'd want a convincing explanation of her suspension before sending anything out... also the address on the payment would have to be confirmed.
Failing either of the above... I'd refund. My TV is broken!

This happened to me once - I e-mailed the buyer and asked if she intended to complete the sale she adamantly said she was going to complete and it was a mistake on Ebays behalf because of unpaid fee's. She promptly sent a cheque and I dispatched the items (can't remember if she was ever re-instated but I don't think feedback was ever left either way so I don't think she was)
best to contact them and see what they have to say.
Good luck0 -

that's what i thought. But having read threads on here alot of MSE users seem to get temporarily suspended.
I'll wait and see if i get a reply let alone a convincing explanation! Looking at Paypal her address says confirmed
Have been buying and selling on e bay for years but this is the first time i've come across this.
