I have to praise this company. I have used them a lot and had already made a Christmas order this year where all cards arrived. I decided to order one more batch for my neighbours- using local snow scenes. They did not arrive till a couple of days ago, just after i had emailed customer services. They have immediately refunded the money in full and although I let them know my cards had arrived and offered to send back they have suggested I just keep them till next Xmas:)
The way a company reacts when there are problems can make all the difference as to whether you will use them again. I certainly will continue to use them.

Another praise for Moonpig!

I ordered 2 cards from my children to their grandparents but although they were recorded as being sent the day after I ordered them, they still hadn't arrived a week later. It was during the time of all the snow causing chaos with mail deliveries so I emailed them to say I understood that the weather was causing delays - but did they have any idea of how long on average people were waiting for their cards.

They emailed me straight back confirming the order date and that the snow had been causing delays with the Royal Mail, but they were reprinting my cards and sending them out again free of charge. A couple of days later - one card arrived, then the other 3 arrived the next day!

I was happy with the products and especially happy with their customer service but as it was Christmas and we were busy, I hadn't actually got around to telling them and as I would be quick to complain at a problem I thought it was only fair to give praise where it was deserved.

The other day I got around to emailing them just to thank them and didn't even expect a standard reply back so I was surprised and very happy when they said that they were putting £5 into my account as a thank you for thanking them! :rotfl:

I used them for thank you cards for my wedding, and birthdays, they're great, and will sort out any problems straightaway.

I used them to make a Mothers Day card last year, Mum was so proud of it she kept it on display in work for ages.
