Honey Roast ham recipe please

I made a gorgeous honey roast ham last year, but have lost the recipe. I can't remember either where I got it from in the first place which doesn't help.
From what I recall of it, I didn't need to soak the joint and it was roast at a high temperature to start with and then lowered for the remainder of the time and was wrapped in a way that it sort of self basted .. I think!
I've been hunting and searching for one both here and via google, but haven't found one yet so wondered if anyone can help please?

I did one the other day. I didn't soak the joint but put it in a saucepan of hot water, brought to the boil, simmered for five minutes and then rinsed with cold water.
I covered it in foil and put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 1hr 45 mins then took it out, scored the fat and brushed with a honey & mustard dressing - literally two spoonfuls of english mustard to 4 spoonfuls of runny honey - put it back in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes. It was absolutely gorgeous!:happylove DD July 2011:happyloveAug 13 [STRIKE]£4235.19[/STRIKE] £2550.00 :cool:0 -
