Advice on buying eBay Holiday

There are auctions from "last minute travel" - a user on eBay..
They have sold over 22,000, although i am still skeptical, do you think it'll be a good idea? Will there be hidden costs?
The auction states it's for a voucher, here is a link to one of their completed auctions, for the place my boyfriend and i want to go:
eBay Item number: 160518085867
(As im a new user, i cannot post with links, just paste the numbers into ebay search for the auction)
The holiday, hotel etc seem too good to be true.. Please can you advise me, I'm 20 and I've never arranged anything like this before..
Thanks in advance!!!

You'd still need flights and transfers. How can you be sure of availability, you might pay for it might only be available for one week of the year?
How much would a similar Holiday cost with Thomas Cook, Thomson etc?
And what does this mean? After you have received the voucher please make the reservation directly with the hotel. Remember to mention that you are an owner of an eBay voucher and notice that there is only a limited contingent on free rooms for eBay auctions. So it is possible that you get no room with an eBay voucher although rooms are free.
And Ts & Cs are in German.....0 -
Looks genuine enough.
The snag may be finding availability at a time to suit you. The resort only makes a limited number of rooms available using this voucher which might not coincide with when you can go.
This particular resort is a time share - some of it anyway. You may be cajoled into attending a presentation. Unless it's mandatory (not with this vendor, but there are others on e-bay where it is) don't go. If you do go say NO.0 -

I was concerned about that statement too.. Although, looking at the feedback, the users have all given positive feedback, well. The majority.
I'm soon to be a graduate, and I'll enter into a low paid retail job, so timing won't be much of an issue - it was more to celebrate graduating and starting our lives together!
I've looked at similar holidays and they're upwards of £500 per person, including flights. When i did the flights and insurance costs for this holiday it was £260 total for two people, and transfers from airport would be £30 each way.. Hmm..
Thank you! Me and the BF will give it a shot, fingers crossed!!
