Daily mail holiday offer starts 4th january

HI all, can someone help me with a few questions

1. The entertainment passes at ours are 11 pppb eeeeeek! can anyone tell me roughly what these include is it like the pool & things or is it just evening entertainment? we have a toddler & a 4month old so im not sure if we would need the nighttime entertainment. How do i pay for these?

2. We received an email saying 'thanks for payment etc' but no idea of what happens next. will be receive a email or letter? xx

the passes get you thru one main door into the main complex, which has the arcade, swimming pool, restaurants, bars and fast food joints. if you plan to do anything like that you will need them. however i have never had them for my 2 year old or baby as they never ask to see theirs on the way in so would only buy 2 if you can. £11 is very good I paid £70 direct to haven last year

Thank you! I guess we will need 2 for the adults and maybe one for my toddler, hopefully they don't charge for my 4m old as age will only be 7m when we go x

this is what haven state on their site (if its a haven your going)

"If you have booked your holiday through a promotional offer, such as The Sun, your passes will not be included unless you pay the extra to receive them. Every guest on a booking will require a pass however under 5's will not be charged for."

Not deffo, but think you can take them in standard caravans:D

yes you can but only in the standard and standard plus caravans

As for what happens next ...

I haven't done a DM holiday before but I did a Sun holiday last year. We paid the basic amount via the online booking, and received postal confirmation that detailed how much further (cleaning cost, & passes) was left to pay. I phoned them up and amended the extra costs - removing one pass as we were taking an infant, adding a cot rental, and then paid the balance over the phone though I did have the option of receiving a revised invoice first.
