Current account for overseas

I am looking for advise finding a new current account to suit my needs. I have had a Nationwide account for years and until they started bringing in charges for overseas ATM withdrawals it was great. Does anyone know if another bank is offering free withdrawals abroad or anything similar?

Norwich and Peterborough Building Society
Metro Bank
