Is it worth ringing ebay?

The seller is a business seller (buys returns to sell), has a email with the name of a younger relative on listings, signs off messages with one name, has another name on the paypal email but is actually called another name, has a partial address as contact details (as in a place, county and a non existent postcode), has a website domain that's registered in Australia with the same partial details as ebay, says there's no returns (my item is faulty) and then to top it all off I have found this person works in a law firm specialising in....business! The seller is making things hard for me (not replying etc). Would it go in my favour if I ring ebay and tell them about the un-correct contact details? Its a expensive item that is essential to me so want ti sorted quickly, its looking to be the middle/end of Jan by the time I get a refund at this rate..so looking for anything to help my case!
She has the loaded handbag of someone who camps out and seldom goes home, or who imagines life must be full of emergencies..

Re. the names - maybe it's a family business ie more than 1 person works for it?

Other than that, no harm in ringing eBay but be clear that if you ring customer services re. an open dispute they may take this as a request for it to be "escalated" - so have all the info you want taken into account when you call.
