I used the link on this site to switch my gas and electricity, and was promised some vouchers. I know it said it would be a while, but it was over three months ago I switched, has anyone else had problems?

I used Simplyswitch last year to switch my utilities and I never got my £40 cashback, now I see I wasn't the only one who didn't get the cash, is there any way I can claim it back?

I have used SimplySwitch twice and each time have had to call them to get my cashback. The last time I used them was in August 2011 and I have only just got my refund after phoning them a couple of weeks ago. I advise anyone to call shortly after switching to make sure they pay up promptly. I guess the only people that know how many don't get their cash back (and therefore SimplySwitch pocket the money) is SimplySwitch themselves!
