You bought an item on December 5th and pay immediately. By 22nd it hasn't arrived so you email the seller asking when it was posted. They don't reply, but today you receive the item with the postage label showing 23rd (ie after the email).
It's a one-off type item, so it's not likely the first got lost and they sent a replacement.
I'm happy with my item, I'm just a bit annoyed that the clearly forgot/didn't post it until after I reminded them, and then didn't even email to apologise. I thought the snow had delayed its arrival, and I realise this could have made it be posted late but then again I'd have appreciated an email letting me know. But then it's unlikely the snow magically cleared up after my email.

Mark down on communication and dispatch time (one or two stars). Probably a neutral.0

I'd mark them down on their DSR's for communication and delivery. Feedback would read something like "Nice item in good condition, shame it was posted so late"0

I agree a neutral at least and poor stars in the appropriate categories.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. It's done now! They also got a recent neg from someone else. I haven't left a neutral before, and didn't realise how hard ebay make it. I had to read about the ebay resolution centre and tick a box to agree I'd contacted the seller!Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

I "won" an item on the 13th of December !, I sent the seller one e-mail around the 20th to say it had not arrived and another on Christmas Eve, they responded to the first saying it was probably held up in the post (I kew it could be, but wanted them to know !), anyway it still has not arrived and I have now opened a dispute, they have until the 6th to respond but I have heard nothing at all !!....it was not expensive but all I want is communication....
I have also had another item that I do not know what feedback to give !, I had an e-mail to say the itm was dispatched, then another to say the item had "not arrived with the seller" and they had to pull it from listing !!!, it took a week or so to be refunded (i paid right away), and now they are asking for me not to leave negative feedback !!...0
