If keen on M&G then rather than hold 3 funds why not go for M&G Managed Growth X Inc, this gives a good holding of M&G Global Basics plus some Recovery and Asian funds all in one package. The M&G fund is probably a better long term bet than Jupiter merlin but also a little more volatile.
