    Yes, Massage....in Offices. The employer gives the employees the service... for example in very stressful jobs like stockbroking etc...

  • No i am saying regardless of wether self-employed or employed you can still sign on JSA.
    my comment on self employment is that it brings a lot of red tape with that status and do you really want that?
    why does the employer want you to go self employed - is it because the hours/days etc will fluctuate?

    Yes, they fluctuate. You basically choose what days you want to work, and then send her the hours on a timesheet at the end of the month which I guess is like an invoice..
  • You would be better off
    1) by about £20 pm
    2) gets you out and about networking
  • If you have to invoice does this mean you have to wait 30 days payment, if so what are you going to live on until that money comes in?

    Well she said she pays at the end of the month so its not exactly 30 days... thats what I am saying...will I still get my jobseekers? Thats my whole point, do they just stop it for the week you get the money? argggh

    some months it maybe more like 150 if was more hours but whatever it was it would be a max of 9 hours a month and only 3-6 in one week...

    Its so counfusing....How will I declare my money etc...maybe I should actually ask the jobcentre...I would do the job even if I was only 20 better off but i dont want the whole registration thing to mess up my jobseekers as Im struggling on that as it. I had to contact CCCS as im lots of debt.
