No i am saying regardless of wether self-employed or employed you can still sign on JSA.
my comment on self employment is that it brings a lot of red tape with that status and do you really want that?
why does the employer want you to go self employed - is it because the hours/days etc will fluctuate?0 -
-
Yes, they fluctuate. You basically choose what days you want to work, and then send her the hours on a timesheet at the end of the month which I guess is like an invoice..0
-
You would be better off
1) by about £20 pm
2) gets you out and about networking0 -
If you have to invoice does this mean you have to wait 30 days payment, if so what are you going to live on until that money comes in?0
-
Well she said she pays at the end of the month so its not exactly 30 days... thats what I am saying...will I still get my jobseekers? Thats my whole point, do they just stop it for the week you get the money? argggh0
-
some months it maybe more like 150 if was more hours but whatever it was it would be a max of 9 hours a month and only 3-6 in one week...0
-
Its so counfusing....How will I declare my money etc...maybe I should actually ask the jobcentre...I would do the job even if I was only 20 better off but i dont want the whole registration thing to mess up my jobseekers as Im struggling on that as it. I had to contact CCCS as im lots of debt.0
