1. This draw is open to all UK residents that are 18 years old or over except for employees and families of Paramount, DreamWorks Theatricals, their agents or anyone professionally involved in or connected with the promotion.
2. Applicants must complete the application form in its entirety, and submit the application form online. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Last date for receipt of entries is 31 March 2011.
3. All prize winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. All winners will be notified on or about 15 April 2011 by phone or email.
4. One (1) Grand Prize: a weekend break in London for four people – travel to London from a city within the UK (promoter will contribute to travel up to a value of £400), four top price tickets to see Shrek The Musical and one (1) night stay at a central London Intercontinental Hotels Group Hotel including pre-theatre dinner. Hotel accommodation is for four people sharing 2 twin or double rooms or 1 family room on a bed and breakfast basis, subject to availability at time of booking. Pre-theatre dinner to the value of £160 is included at a restaurant of promoter’s choice. One (1) winner will also have the opportunity to go on stage during the performance in a walk on role (exact role subject to promoter’s discretion).
5. Additional hotel charges such as service or items from the min-bar etc. are the responsibility of prize winner.
6. Grand prize tickets are to be booked on a night in June or July 2011 subject to availability of tickets and hotel.
7. There is no cash alternative to the prize; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable and not for re-sale.
8. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent monetary value if this is necessary for any reason.
9. If any prize event is postponed for any reason, the prize will be valid for such other date on which the event is rescheduled.
10. If a winner is unable or does not want, for whatever reason, to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.
11. Names and counties of winners can be obtained by sending SAE to Shrek The Musical Winner List, aka Promotions Ltd., 115 Shaftesbury Avenue, Cambridge Circus, London WC2H 8AF.
12. Promoter will not disclose any personal details to third parties unless required to do so by law.
