Hi - my sons MSI notebook is stuck in a continual reboot - saying Windows will not start successfully - if I choose anyof the option - Safe, Safe with netw, last known config - t makes no difference. I have found recovery dvd that came with it - and tried it in external cd drive.
tried altering boot up priority to cd/dvd rom as first - makes no diff. Not very techy but any advice welcome.
