    I received confirmation of Carling Academy tickets yesterday but when I tracked order today status read returned!!!

    Yes, I also had a status of 'returned' without any particular reason. More likely they've sold more than they had. Disappointed.

    Yes, however when I phoned I was told there was a lot of people in the same boat and that we would be contacted today! No word as yet.

    I see from another thread on here that they are now
    selling Newcastle tickets for 23rd of this month. Wonder if it is the same story there?
  • I have emailed them back as this is not covered in their T&Cs.

    It's not like a misprice - everyone who bought them acted in good faith so I would expect a better offer of compensation than £4 off another show.
