I believe theentertainer.com is the worst service I have ever encountered.

I placed an order as described in the below email on 10th December, having received no confirmation you're representative explained on 13th December that the order was being packed however by 20th December there had been no confirmation or any communication from yourselves whatsoever.

No payment had been taken from any of my accounts or paypal when I checked on 20th December.

No response from your customer services to my email of 20th December asking what was going on and that I had put complete faith in theentertainer.com supplying the presents my young children had requested from Santa.

Realising that we had been completely let down by theentertainer.com

I had to trawl the shops that week obtaining any toys possible for my children from completely depleted stores.

Then today, despite being 4 days after Christmas Day I find a newly delivered box containing the original order from yourselves.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE TAKING THE *********

How do you intend to apologise to my children for such utter rubbish service?

I made an ordr over a week ago for Christmas presents. Saw a booking number on your website but didn't save it as expected an email.

No email was received for any email since. I telephoned Customer Services and was told the order was being packed however there's been no deliver no do I have any tracking details.

I'm now getting rather anxious as these are children's presents and I'm committed to NHS shift for the rest of the week so can't keep ringing yourselves to find out about this order.

I appreciate the adverse weather but that is not my query.

Please can you confirm via email the status of this order?

ORDER PLACED 10TH DECEMBER.

CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES 13TH DECEMBER.

    Oh, my company does that for reasons I will not repeat here.

    Their delivery seems to be quite slow anyway at 5-8 working days and with the weather backlogs before Xmas in particular it's not surprising they didn't arrive.

    I would imagine like many companies, they have been inundated with huge demands and therefore like with many other companies they have failed to get deliveries to everybody.

    Of course like all companies, they are relying on delivery firms to deliver as well.

    Overall I guess you should have had some sort of reply but with your 2nd email I would imagine you won't be anything but bottom priority.
