I made a claim on my motorbike insurance early 2009 , would this affect my NCB on my (seperate) car insurance?

What was the claim for?
It shouldn't affect your NCB but may load the cost.0 -
Thanks,
My motorbike was stolen from outside my gf's house, and never recovered.0 -
It won't affect your car NCB.
You can have two NCB e.g. one for car and one for bike.
However it is a "motoring" claim and when you are asked have you had any motoring "claims" in the last 3 or 5 years, then you will have to declare this claim on both your car and bike insurance.
This may put your premium.0 -
Ok.
Many thanks for your helpfull replies.0
