I found a couple of questions/answers were a bit ambiguous:
**Spoiler Alert (for those that haven't taken the test yet!)**
Q1 - I thought that the retailer has to pay for return postage costs unless it is specified as part of the purchase contract that the consumer pays for the return? The answer just states that the consumer pays for the return. As the question makes no mention of the contract terms I assumed the answer was (d), which was marked as incorrect.
Q15 - OK, I admit I'm maybe I'm being a bit picky here, but when the question asks which products include VAT (although shouldn't that read which products incur VAT?) there are *technically* three correct answers. Sanitary towels, cakes and children's clothes all incur VAT, it's just that the clothes and cakes have VAT at 0% and the towels have VAT at 5%. Lotto tickets are exempt for VAT. It's only a techy point, but the difference between 0% and exempt may have an impact on potential businessmen reading the quiz.
