Nasty scratch on panel on side of door

Just to add to my above post.
As the trim has to come off anyway, I think id be quite happy to drill into that panel and pull the dent out "old school", then paint/fill the hole before applying the new trim.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Doesn't look dented to me, all the reflections in the paint are straight and undistorted. Gap is even, and the line below the trim is level.
The folded panel under it looks dented to me, as well as above the door strip close to the door join, but it could be the reflections in the photograph.
Certainly the rear rubbing strip is marked.0 -

Do you really think the OP is up to that?
No offense, but if you need to ask if a door trim is part of the door it's best to take it to someone in the know.:(0 -

Someone mentioned a bodyshop would order the door moulding, paint it and fit it for much less than £100.. Might try that though need to make sure it's not dented first which they can check...[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

I would take it to a local body repair specialist and ask them for a quote.
