We had a note down about ex B&B combi bonds today.
As the average reading from the FTSE100 is lower than when it first started, there is a total gain of 0%.
the note also says these were sold on a non-advised basis.0 -

Which implies the averaging was over the final 6 months.
I suppose the OP should at least be grateful for the 7% on 50% of the deposit in the 1st year? As had this been a bog standard GEB he would have got nothing at all.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
