We ordered a pile of Christmas presents and they were dispatched by HDN (yuk!). HDN claimed via their tracking thing that they were delivered on the 20th. Not sure where they delivered them to, but it certainly wasn't here!
Emailed Amazon to ask them to investigate this "delivery" and they responded with a full refund within 12 hours. I use Amazon a lot, and have never had a problem with a delivery before, but am greatly reassured by their prompt and friendly response.
