Am really not getting any better at keeping this up to date!!

There's quite a lot going on in my world currently. Have had some good news in that we're not losing all of our Child Tax credits - this was a real concern for us, as our income was just slightly over the £40000 limit. I had been keeping some of our payments to one side, in case we had to pay them back, but now we can keep them!!:jThis has meant we can use it for the last bit of our holiday spending money. We're going away in a couple of weeks, so are relieved that we've got this spending money now.

We've also booked a holiday for next summer..........so now have a huge savings target to achieve:eek:It'll be the first holiday abroad that we've had as a family and the kids are really looking forward to it. It should be do-able, as we will have no more nursery fees soon:beer:. I know our tax credits will be reduced/stopped once DD starts school, but we will still be so much better off!

As for debts...well they're still there.....not getting that much bigger but not reducing drastically either....so that's also something we need to be focussing on.

There's so much to budget for that it's a bit scary, but we can do it!! I'm going to re-do my budget once we're back from our holiday...so wish me luck:eek:
