Hi all
My friend has just found out that Carphone warehouse have been charging her insurnace for a phone she had back in 2005 and although the contract was up with that phone in 2006 they did not stop this so they owe her over £400, She has contacted them and they said you should of cancelled the insurance.
Does anyone know what she can do to reclaim this money back.
Thank you

She was making payments by Direct Debit and she is has but i don't think she realised what it was for.
When she rang and spoke to them and canceled it they said well you'll have to pay for it until march. HOW RUDE!!0 -

If that is what she signed up for I don't see how it is rude. Perhaps your friend needs a lesson in personal responsibility?Gone ... or have I?0 -
yeah but when you are cancelling something that you pay every 3 months and they say you have to wait until the end of march i think that is just wrong!!0
