Thanks for this but unless you want a glass, they are still not really bargains. You get 5cl of alcohol which is worth about £1.60p and one little chocolate.

Does anyone have an idea what the best before dates are like on these sets? Wouldn't mind stocking up for gifts but not if they have really short dates on them TIA :-)

great, did you also see the make up bags for £1? Unfortunatly by the time I went to pay they went oos. Great wine sets, I got one for xmas. Just checked the sell by date and its nov 11 so will be ok for birthdays, mothers day etc..

I just bought a load of sets for teachers in July and hopefully as christmas presents for the teachers in early december, thanks to the above poster for reminding me to get these for teachers presents.

My husband bought me one of these sets the other week for me for christmas and the glasses are lovely, really big and sturdy, not flimsy at all.
