Terms and Conditions

1. There will be 1 main prize consisting of the following:
3 Night's hotel accommodation for 2 adults [I think they've forgotten to include the children, they refer to 4 guests at point 5] sharing 1 standard room including breakfast and all taxes.
Use of Pitch and putt golf, Tennis, Croquet, Swimming, Jacuzzi, Games room including arcade games, snooker, darts and juke box
2. Prize will be subject to availability with no cash alternative.
3. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
5. At least one person in the party must be over the age of 18 years old and will be held responsible for the 3 guests if they are under the age of 18.
6. The prize is valid until 1st November 2011.
7. Prize cannot be taken during Easter holidays, bank holidays, Christmas and New Years.
8. Entrants should be aware that prizes must be claimed within 21 days of notification of winning or as otherwise stated in the Competition Rules.
9. The winner and guests must comply with the terms and limitations of any transportation and venues involved in the Competition or prize. In particular, they must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
10. Travel insurance will not be included.
11. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other costs including but not limited to any additional accommodation, travel/transportation costs including but not limited to car hire, UK transfers, ground transportation, parking costs, any inoculation and/or vaccination costs, hotel supplementary charges, excursions, water sports, spa treatments, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar goods, alcohol, programmes, souvenirs, incidental costs, taxes and any insurance, including but not limited to travel and medical insurance, unless otherwise stated.
12. By entering a competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entrants may be require to provide written acknowledgement of these terms before receiving a prize. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
