Thanks so much for the reply, I was really scared that no one has had the same problem lol. What item is missing from your order if you dont mind, the item that was missing from my parcel was the purse gift set for £8 if you know which one im on about i think its called amelia? I was really gutted because I thought they would of atleast gave back the money charged for the item that hasnt been recieved. I brought the purse and the bag version together lol how sad am I lol I wanted them both to match lol :P

By the way have you ever ordered of their website before and how is their customer service, any good?
P.s does it cost to phone the number you gave me?

All of my order arrived a couple of days ago then a few days later i recieved my purse that i was nagging on about since it didnt cme with the first delivery as the warehouse had a late delivery. Thanks for the deals.
