Ordered 3 bags and a gift set purse which all came up to £61!! Normal shops like newlook, h&m, dorothy perkins do their bags for around £15-20 or more and their not even designed bags!! So very much worth buying from Fiorelli's website.

My items have come but the gift box purse for £8 has not come, they have gave me a sheet with my order and next to the purse they have done a cross and the rest of my items have a tick which are the ones ive recieved, has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone know a number i could call to sort this out as they have not deducted the amount for the purse they havent sent me.
