Looks like my house sales about to fall through at the last minute because my buyer had an last minute audit on his new morgage and he got turned down.If house fall through who pays solicitor?

Just found my T&C it reads if my house falls through and its out of my hands I would not be billed for my solicitor time.0

Well, you've got a good 'no sale no fee' deal there. Normally you have to negotiate these specifically at the start but if it's in the solicitor's T&Cs then you've saved yourself some money.0
