Im going to a Jumble sale later so hopefully will pick up some bargins Ive not been to a Jumble for years so should be an experiance!!

Ive been told getting near the tables is like trying to get a look in at the reduced meat section of the supermarket when they have just reduced, but about 100 x worse!!:rotfl:

Ahem. Have had to slightly readjust my total to minus ebay refund. Still pretty damn chuffed with the final figure, though: £547.01.

I hadn't officially joined this challenge but would like to declare my figures anyway,if that's ok. £180 overtime plus £87.61 which was from a £60 lottery win, £5 gift voucher from a returned xmas present & £22.61 credit balance on a closed credit card so £267.61 plus £2 for a M & s voucher so £269.61 in total for me. I have also sold a couple of things one-bay but as these are the first things I have ever sold, I will wait to see how much fees I have to pay before I declare them & will include in February figures. Thankyou to the people who run these threads.

Sorry, just remembered £12.60 that I saved yesterday on buying some clothes at DP (with future birthday money!) by opening an account & getting 20% off. So that's a total of £282.21 for me for January!

Ohhh it was hectic! didnt get much at all

I did buy a box of jewellery for £2, just been throught it all and theres just under 2g of scrap 9ct so about £15? and 12.5 g silver not sure what silvers fetching at the moment, and lots of costume jewellery so it was worth queuing in the cold for an hour!

Where will I find one of these magical jumble sales?! I only ever seem to go to car boots that are carp, whats the diference?!
