Just used Music Magpie for the first time and got £6.80 out of it :j

Is there a website like this one where you can sell VHS? Have loads of vids just sat in my room!

There isn't one like MM but some videos sell well on Amazon. I sold one of my mums for her for £30 just before Christmas
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155
  • Can you count me in for £5 a day please. Its the first time I have done it so small steps to help save for a wedding. Thanks for setting this up, just what I needed to encourage me rather than sulking about having no money.
£5 a day in January, wish me luck. x:)
First time on music magpie £5.06 today. :j
    £3.66 tesco points today

I've seen some people mention green metropolis as a resource for selling their books and I've just had a quick look at the site and will probably give it a go as it seems that it's free to list so nothing to lose really.
Then I had a thought, what about trying to pick up second hand books as cheaply as possible i.e. car boots, gumtree etc and then trying to sell them on for a small profit? Would this be worth trying? Does anyone here do this with any degree of success?
Have to say ~ if you do this it is considered a business.
I dont sell books but i think its quite a tough market, you could always do a small trial, and see how it goes.

I'm off the starting blocks with interest and cashback @ £19.06.

Ebay bids currently up to £70 with 5 days+ to go, so I'm excitedly stalking those (quickly running out of 'big ticket' items to sell, though). :o

In other news, I spent £55 on clothes in the sales yesterday and am feeling so guilty about it, I tried them on at home and put them all straight back in their bags with receipts to return them. This feels much better than actually buying them! Not relevent to this challenge I know, but very MSE

I am not very good at keeping motivated to eBay but everything else I seem to manage to get done. I am the laziest person ever. If you have a target and come on here to see everyone else making something I think that encourages you to try harder

Lovely to see you posting again Batgirl - hope you're well

I've not made anything to speak of today but have jackpot j0y winnings to count later on to catch me back up

    Hiya JesaRose
