I went through the whole registration thing and not just the quick pay and the code worked for me if that helps? Just couldn't check out fully as paypal doesn't accept payment to be 0.00..!

I registered on checkout ......as it remembered me from before in firefox, I used internet explorer instead, also clearing cookies worked when I went back to firefox to do an order in my mums name.
